About Orthodontics

You’ll need to wear the trays for at least 22 hours each day, removing them only to eat and brush your teeth.
Every two weeks, you’ll receive a new set of trays that will continue to move your teeth until they reach the desired outcome.

If you’re considering getting invisible braces, it’s important to know what the treatment process entails.

First, your Orthodontist / Certificated Dentist will take X-rays and impressions of your teeth in order to create a custom treatment plan.
During the consultation, the Dentist will assess your teeth and jaw alignment, facial structure and your desired outcome to determine if you are a suitable candidate for invisible braces.
After the consultation, the Orthodontist may take an impression of your teeth in order to create a custom-fit mould for your invisible braces.
Then, you’ll be fitted with your invisible braces (which are made of clear recyclable plastic) and given specific instructions on how to care for them.

Throughout your treatment, you’ll need to visit your Orthodontist / Certificated Dentist regularly so they can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

Once your treatment is complete, you’ll need to wear a retainer to keep your teeth in their new positions.
